Nigayala is an agro ecological project and a rural accommodation in rustic cabins, in a simple and natural lifestyle located in the mountains of La Calera, just 25 km from Bogotá.

 

Since our arrival in 2009 to this beautiful land, we have dedicated our work to built a special place, ideal for relax and connection with nature. It is so close to the city but at the same time far enough from stress, pollution and noise, so you can recharge energies breathing pure air and staying in total peace with amazing views.

 

We have built everything with our hands and the help of     volunteers around the world. We grow our own food in a big organic garden , we use solar energy, collect rain water, our cabins were built with environmental friendly materials and we recicle and compost our organic waste. Here we appreciate the simple things about life!

Our place is full of good energy, peace, beautiful landscapes, healthy food and unique experiences. We have 4 rustic cabins where you can stay and live a unique experience. Also we offer you delicious meals with product from our garden.

If you are interested in contrylife and you would like to learn about permaculture, we are always happy to share our histories and show you all the farm. This experience is not just about days in the country side, they are also days of detox, eating healthy and with conscience, breathing pure air, connecting with yourself and enjoying the magic of the mountain and Colombian culture.
