In our organic garden we promote soil life, integrating a variety of plants, insects and birds, in order to create a balanced system that controls pests and diseases in a biological way.
We grow a variety of vegetables in the garden and greenhouse. Some we have are chard, carrots, onion, coriander, spinach, lettuces, beat, coliflower, brocoli, raddies, ruibarbo, tomatoes ...
We also grow different kinds of potatoes, arracacha, corn, quinua, amaranto, yacón and a variety of aromatics plants such us time, rosemary, mejorana, mint, sortilegio, perejil, toronjil among others.
And some fruits like peaches, lulo, blackberries, curubas, papayuela, tomate de árbol, uchuva, apples
We have an insect "hotel" to atract all kind of little animals that help us controling deseases and polinize our plants.
We take care of our garden making our natural fertilizer turning all the organic waste into compost, with the help of Californian worms.
We aim to get bigger and offer our products in local markets that promote organic production and farms.
